MY bank, direct deposits don't show until the beginning of the banking day. So if it's not 9 a.m. where you are, try again after 9.

I read they were gonna be DD on M, T, and Weds. For the first round.

From what I read in the articles, all of the direct deposits (but the IRS site hasn't been updated to say that). Then they'll start mailing out the paper checks by May 9th...but again, the IRS site doesn't say that, it says the 16th. Who knows???

Huh, I used turbo tax for my taxes and they did ask me for my information because my refund was direct deposited. So how do they determine who is really getting direct deposited, this is going to get weird I can see that now. I know someone who got their's already, I am in the second round...

From the IRS website, it says that the first round of direct deposits will be started on April 28, but they will be completed by May 2. There are three rounds for direct deposit.

 

Checks, it appears, will be mailed beginning the 16th of May.

That table in your link shows that the last set of direct deposit payments will be transmitted by May 16th, not May 2nd - so they're putting out contradictory information.
