I thought it would be fun to have a thread where we can post or 2013 goals. It will be nice to be a to look back at it this time next year. For finances in general, I think long-term planning is very important, and credit is no exception.

So here goes:

1. Break the 200k total limit mark

2. Break the 30k individual card barrier

What are your new year credit resolutions?

1.) Get the last 3 baddies off early on each of my reports that are a few months shy of 7 years.

2.) Get my total CL's at or above $40K

3.) No more apps in 2013

4.) Scores above 730

Reduce utilization by paying down balances on Orchard, Kohls, and Jared, and also by CLI's. Approved for Clearview FCU for $500. Have 2 more to try (Amazon & Newegg) before I lay low and let things simmer down/inquiries fall off.

Also, mortgage. Tired of being a subject to my lord of the land.

1) JLOC or DECU PLOC :aggressive:

2) Million miles/points :good:

3) Fight Club research :search:

Forced gardening was a great therapy. 2012 was a good rebounding year for me personally and cannot thank CB enough for everything. Never thought I'd get credit savvy but there is always room to grow and keep learning

If I had to guess BW is either waiting for the end of the month to minimize the length of time the inquiry last on EX, or waiting on a bonus offer.

My goals:

1. Garden

2. Try and get into to 800 club

1) Gardening

2) Get off Chase's blacklist

3) Get off AMEX's blacklist, even as AU is fine

#2 and #3 may not be attainable (yeah yeah I've heard about the few exceptions)
