I signed up for SCP for $9.95 on Friday. When I go to update, it has a counter which shows that instead of unlimited pulls, I only have 20 within my billing period. I'm down to 18 now. When I checked to verify that I had signed up for Premium, it says that I did and that it includes "unlimited" everything. Did I mess up, or are they really not unlimited anymore?

You did nothing wrong......you just have to call them when it gets lower and ask them to add more pulls, it runs lopsided with pulls always seeming to run out in the middle of the billing period.

It took me a little over 10 weeks to bump a single inq off TU only using smart credit. Even though I have unlimited pulls, I am still limited to 20 a month because i'm too lazy to call in & re-set my count, and I left 3 or 4 pulls on the table in December. So in total it took 34 pulls over a ten week span to bump one INQ.

You can also send an email.

If you're too lazy to email, then waiting is for a reset is the next-best option. :P

Just like so many I rushed into getting Smart Credit was was paying the $24.95 a month. I tried the new email address before I saw shifter's post on here and like him it didn't work. After entering my social with the new account, it said I already had an account.

I also noticed that they did charge my card for the $9.95 so I called in. I just wanted to get a refund. I did not expect them to make any changes to my accounts so that I could have the $9.95 price. But without me even asking, she offered to do it!

She closed my old account. Removed my social from that old account so that it would have to re-verify my info. She told me NEVER log in with the old account again.

This will allow my new account to accept my social. She said it will take her some time to do this and she will call me back. Once I'm successfully logged into my new $9.95 account I'll let you all know if it works!

Gotta clear your cache and then use the right link.

However if you already signed up once at the 25 price you're stuck there forever.

the 24.95 is their "old pricing" accourding to them . Anybody that signs up through their main website will get the 9.95 price automatically .
