FWIW, it generally comes across to me as just a general unhappiness with everything about his job, not just whining . I get there's always crap about any job that people aren't gonna like, it just seems like he's miserable there . But, that's just based on what is written here, obviously you would know more than we would

It just bugs to see someone unhappy at work all.the.time. It makes me sad for him, 'cause, I can't imagine having a job that I hate so much. Sounds like that's not really the case, but it just comes across that way, I think.
