Is SCP one of the "slow but sure" pullers? I thought I remember reading somewhere that it can be used on its own and b* can still happen but it takes several months.

Just called SC customer service to try to get the lower rate. They said, they have no way of changing the rate in their system but

did offer me a free month.

Yea I had to clear out my cookies for SC and then the correct pricing popped up.
