steelcity, we can only estimate it through tracking the history of C*. There is not a known way to tell the exact date of when C* will occour. If you look at Bob Wang's chart just above your last post you'll see the estimated dates for 2013 & previous C* dates from 2008-2012 which can be used as a benchmark indicator. The only known way to protect yourself from C* it is to stay 100% away of EQ product pullers & EQ backdoor pulls, if you have used any of these in the past you are likley already on the C* list. I would recommend reading through the forums and try to obtain as much knowledge as possible...soon enough you'll get the hang of it.

For sure...I have been spending hours on that stuff..as a matter of fact my GF wanted to get all intimate last night..I told her I wasn't in the mood and logged on to CB haha.

 

But ok I see you guys are doing this by eye. Just following old and recent trends. That's good to know. I have never signed with anything other than credit check total. Was never a puller but I want to be. I haven't really applied for anything other than a recent checking account and 2 secured cards from last summer, other than that it's been 5 years.

 

How do you know when C* has officially occurred? but you do need an EQ puller, no?

That's why I think the connection between B* and split files is dubious at best.

No C* today in GA. I received some more B*. So glad... Down from 46 to 8 in less than 30 days of pulls. I hope I can get a few days more. Sorry to hear about the C* in CA.

Do most have 2 or 3 credit monitors to achieve B*. I ask because my fiance has SCP and the basic TU credit monitoring. He only gets to pull once a day with each of those. Is there a credit monitoring service that is a true unlimited pull? I've seen the ones recommended on here, but it seems you can only pull once a day.

It depends which report you are trying to B*. If you are B*ing TU...SCP is good on its own. You can add in TU Plus, but it's $39.95 monthly. If you really want/need to get rid of TU inq's in a month using both works, otherwise just SCP will do the trick in just under 2 months.

 

The recommended monitoring services that offer unlimited pulls are daily pullers...unlimited meaning you can pull any and all days while you have service...but they are limited to once per day.

46 to 8 in less than 30 days? WOW! What monitoring services are you using?

The more hards that you have the faster the B*. Think about it... you need 85 to achieve B*. He/she is starting with 46. Therefore, assuming there are no softs to B* he/she would start seeing B* after only 13 days of pulls with 3 services. They would then bump 3 hards a day until C*.

That 46 comes down quickly.

 

When you only have a few hards that's when you have to be super vigilant in pulling everyday because miss one day and you could miss B* for the month.

Michigan got C* today and I got left with 8. But I was able to B* off everything in the nick of time so I'm good.

 

Congrats :D , you almost got knicked by her...!
