So far, he has been very effective. He has done direct hard-line negotiations that resulted in a debt cancellation + a deletion as well as filed in the Federal District...we are waiting for damages in this instance.

I am so lost. I posted here asking if anyone had a lawyer referral for SE Kansas, but that post seems to have disappeared. So I am asking again.... We are close to the Missouri line, and I know many lawyers are established to practice in both states, so perhaps someone might now of one on the Missouri side as well as Kansas. I wouldn't even be opposed to driving to Olathe, Overland Park, Lee's Summit, they are around 1 1/2 hrs away. Thanks for any and all help!
