As one who was molested between the ages of 11-13, I can tell you this man IS a predator. Everything OP has described about him is chilling. I would like to keep ours at 70 degrees, but it stays at 64 pretty much all the time for economy's sake. Would like to go lower, but have an older drafty house and it's just to frigid below 64, even with warm clothing, comforters, etc.
