Awesome Offer From Barclays!!!

US Airways 50K Signup Bonus

" Barclays is making a final push to get as many customers as they can before they have to stop offering the card and they are now offering a record-setting 50K signup bonus for the card.

People have had success calling up and asking to be matched from previous offers to the new 50K offer!

Even if you have gotten the bonus on the card in the past you can still get the bonus again and best of all, you just need to spend $1 on it to pickup 50,000 miles. You can earn the signup bonus as often as you are approved for the card. "

HEADS UP: If you already have a US Airways Card and you're trying for card #2 and not INSTANTLY APPROVED online, you will not be able to get it...

Barclays has a policy for only 1 of each card type and speaking to an UW wont help.

Guess I have to burn another TU pull...

I'll let you know around the 15th.

I need to go for a Lowes CLI first.

And I need to request the 10,000 miles from my 1st US Air card within the 90 day window that I have a shot to get them to match this current offer. And I want the double miles for groceries.

Barclay CSR's are going to get a work over :)

50K miles for $89 is more than a bargain.

The US Airways and American miles programs are about to merge. This is a way to pad your AA miles account.

Who can truly answer this for you?

Who knows what frequent flier programs you belong to?

Who knows what airlines service your home airport the best?

Who knows what airlines service your most frequent destinations the best?

Not trying to be a jerk, its just not as easy as a quick reply on CB to figure out whats best for your situation

I don't have an airlines card, so this would be a great start.

This is probably a dumb question, but does 1 mile = 1 cent when using miles to purchase tickets?

1 mile = 1 mile

Look at the redemption chart to see how many miles for a given route. The value varies, but it is generally possible to get 2-6 cent per mile depending on how you redeem miles.

It is even better to actually USE the US Air miles. They have the most generous chart available, FTM.

Yeah. Trust me, I know. Was just looking for anything that might make it stand out from the others.
