But we know how reliable they are.

You know, Trev, I don't mind an Experian pull as long as I'm told about it beforehand.

However, this would have been the 2nd time in as many months when I was told a soft, but got a hard.

keep a record of your promo code and maybe a screen cap to be safe. I signed up for a BOA free checking about a year ago and it took about 7 phone calls to get them to pay up. Kept saying I wasn't qualified for the bonus etc. It was the hardest $75 I've ever earned.

I always thought FREEZE = Automatic NO.
