All of my FAKO's are lower than my FICO scores?

It can go either way.

Credit.com 623 but that's last month. I can't update until the 13th. I have had two baddies drop since then. An unpaid judgment I got vacated and deleted and a 5 year old CA for $4K that was deleted.

I still have three baddies. One paid tax lien from 2009. One 30 day late from mid 2011 on mortgage. One paid CO paid off in June. EX has 5 good closed accounts. TU and EQ have one. The tax lien doesn't show on TU.

Perhaps CS is ignoring a 9 year-old BK?

When CS first came out, it became clear very quickly that baddies were not being included.

That's why I'm also asking people to check out Credit.com's Experian score to see if THAT's any closer. :D

Thanks, that's the kind of data I like. :D

EX = 701 (Amex Pull 7/21/12)

CS = 699 (8/3)

C.com FAKO = 714 (8/9)

No negatives at all, approximately 30% util, 5 EX inquiries in past year (2 drop off end of this month)

The FICO Estimator scores 3,4,5 inquiries the same.

It'll be interesting to see if your FICO is unchanged moving from 5 to 3, but then gets small bumps going from 3 to 0.

Thanks, I think we're going to see that Cc will be closer than CS for files that have some blemishes. :D

July PSECU Exp: 725 (big woohoo; that's up from 684 in June)

Cc Fako: 746

BK7 10/05 plus 3 tax liens that were paid in 08. Interestingly, while it includes the public records in the profile, it doesn't mention them at all in the "credit grades" section.

1 acct with a 30 day late from over 2 years ago.

Biggest negative factor was debt to credit at 20%, followed by limited mix of credit types. (I've got revolving and auto loans, no mortgage or student loans.)

Oh FYI my only negative on experian is a paid judgement from 2009. I dont have any idea why the fico is 50 points lower than TU that is 98% the same exact report. Drives me CRAZY.

It could be worse:

That IS pretty terrible..... However the Judgement is on BOTH EX and TU. I dont have any idea why the reports are 50 points different. The only noticeable difference between the reports is EX has about 3 more inq in the last 12 months than TU. All this FICO business gives me a headache! I think ill start a new thread for this and see what I can find out.
