George, they're poking fun at BBQ's comment about rights. No hate no bait and it isn't directed at you - just a little teasing and poking fun.

But I'll bet you knew all that already, didn'tcha? B)

PART IN RED = FALSE

I really thought this was a SAFE FROM CRAP ZONE...I guess not

BBQ123 can't have a safe place???

I'm still curious what RIGHT has been violated...or did someone's head implode ^_^

Should we run a welfare check to see if there is an imploded head out there somewhere?

the larger issue is, if a head has exploded would anyone notice?

Talk to yourself much?

yeah, but not near as much as Deb did during the KSU game at Erwin last week

(and I can only imagine what she was like as KSU collapsed against OU yesterday...pissed off a 20 point lead in less than a half)

You have the right to not show ID when using a credit card.

Please tell us where that appears in the Constitution.

You would have been correct in stating that a person has a CHOICE not to show ID when using a credit card, but nothing in the merchant agreement rises to the level of a Constitutional affront or obligation...seems you would have learned about the Constitution and Bill of Rights at some point in time during your educational career...

The merchant agreement is enforcable in civil court

That does not alter the fact that the kid who has no apparent experience in the real world does not grasp issues of constitutional law (as evidenced by his continuous reference to rights being violated). It is one thing if he wants to hold his breath and turn blue or throw some other tantrum over ID but it is another thing entirely when he continues to demonstrate ignorance over what do and do not constitute 'RIGHTS' conferred by the Constitution.
