Im confused about TU B*. Do older softs on TU B* like on EQ or do they just keep adding up.

As of today I see 140 permissible softs on my TU backdoor. Do the softs keep adding up on TU and I read previously that a certain amount will cause TU file to be locked up? How many softs will cause that?

Was also wondering......are lenders aware of B*......when an underwriter does a manual review for example and they have pulled TU and they see you have 3 new GECRB accounts but no inquiries to match to the accounts, might that act as a red flag? Do other lenders know for example that GECRB always pulls TU?

Thanks

Question, now that CK is only doing monthly credit updates and no longer offers the daily pull option (for me anyway) one of my TU inqs previously bumped has resurfaced. I know I can bump with Smart Credit in 60 days basically but am wondering if there are any other daily pullers working for TU B* right now??

I see a few mentions of TUT - is this proven to work? It seems like from what I read here nobody has been able to confirm it works?

I also see mention of TUP, what is this puller? Does this one work?

Have bumped twice before so I get how it works just trying to figure out the latest and greatest/any new revelations on DP's that work for TU these days...?

TIA.

GIT & TUT no good.

SCP & TransUnion Plus good.

There is evidence to back this up? Is TUP like CK where it just gives you a couple days extra that keep popping off, or is it a straight day for day like SCP?

Also $40 per month for TUP? Hopefully there is a better deal out there. Website looks like a clone of SCP, so I'd guess it is day for day.

Ok, so just signed up for 7 day trial at TUP then to reactivate my SCP and saw mention above of a discount so I called in. She said the daily puller/unlimited membership that I previously had was $24.95 and that the same package is now $9.95.... This sounds too good to be true? I asked 3 times to be sure it had daily pulls and she said yes... Can anyone confirm if this is the same? Also, is TUP 24+1 or regular 1x a day?

I should note that the reason I find the $9.95 rate hard to believe is that when I cxld 3-4 weeks ago I called in and asked if there were any promotions or discounted rates and they said not for my membership level but there was a VIP package for $9.95/mo but DID NOT come with daily pulls. Hence why I couldn't believe my ears :)

Thanks!

Hi all, hoping some of you hard pull experts can help me decipher which of these TU hards are mortgage/sticky? (although I recently read somewhere that mortgages may not be sticky on TU and can be bumped?). I have bumped twice now but these are boyfriends trying to help him now ;) There are 17 total so just trying to fig out how many I could potentially get off! TIA.

I have been trying to figure out this B* thing for TU. Is there C* on TU. I put all of my softs into the counter and below is what it shows for a count. To me it looks like I am getting C* because I have MPM which I pull daily since March, credit karma, credit sesame, and SCP

Eliminate ID Theft aka MPM is for EQ. The only ones that currently work for bumping TU are Trans Union Plus @ $39.95 and Smart Credit (Premium for daily pulls) @ $9.95 a month if you sign up at smartcredit .com/tim (its normally $24.95) you will get the promotional rate for as long as you are a member though as long as you sign up at that specific link. Hope this helps!!

What about the monthly ones? What monthly pullers count for TU?

I am confused. When I go to TU's website and click on credit management, there is only 1 option and it is $16.95.

It says

Here is what members get:

  • UNLIMITED updates to your

    TransUnion Credit Score

  • Credit Protection including 24/7 email alerts of critical changes to your credit for ALL 3 bureaus*
  • Personalized debt analysis

    and credit trending

  • Up to $25,000 Identity

    Theft Insurance

So is this the right service for daily pulls to work on B*

If you only want to use a single daily puller for TU use www.smartcredit.com/tim (the $9.95 is still good, not sure how long though). You can also use Transunionplus, but it's pricey. If you don't really need to bump all your inq's in 1 month it's a much better financial decision to use SCP for 2 months :)
