Help with Honda Financial

I am trying to get a 30 day late payment removed from my credit report. It is the only negative impediment I have on my credit report and it is preventing me from refinancing my student loans. Can someone help me with this? Does anyone have any good contact info for AHF? Emails or addresses or maybe a good GW letter or strategy that has worked in the past?

Hello and welcome to CB! Congratulations for finding this site. Hopefully some people on here can help you out.

 

How did you get the late payment? Did you forget to pay your bill? Website issues? Or did they not send you a statement and coupon that month?

 

Have you tried using Google to find an Executive Office contacts for Honda Financial or American Honda? Have you trued reaching out via twitter or facebook? Lots of options nowadays.

Had trouble logging in to the site. I have spoken to them on the phone and they said there was no website glitch then so they are not responsible. They don't send me statements they send me emails that says I should log into the website to see the statement.

 

Have been googling for Honda financial executive contacts but have had no luck.

I just went to HondaFinancialServices.com and found the names of all their US executives. You should be able to find the emails and addresses with minimal work.

The website didn't have their emails, so the url was a jumping off point for a google search.

 

Probably just some lingering spitefullness from one of the mods. It's easy for a feeble minded individual to anonymously give someone the middle finger publicly with a -1. Unfortunately there's no transparency with the reputation BS.
