Is 5 inquiries on Experian considered a lot (none this year)? From what I've read, this bank doesn't like a lot of inqs. My experian score is in the low 600's. My worst one

The last FNBO card I applied for, was bumpable... I applied for the Leading Edge Visa last summer, and it wasn't an EX pull... it's long gone, so I don't know whether it was EQ or TU. I may pull the trigger on this... only catch is, they don't give instant approvals. It took almost a month to find out they told me to take a hike.

 

This is obviously targeted at a different target demographic than the Leading Edge Visa is, and my profile and scores are way, way better than last year so I'm pretty sure I'll get an approval unless they think I have sufficient credit vs. income.

 

ETA: I just applied. Wish me luck! I'll post again and update the database when I hear back. I'll also post once I see an INQ. I've only got 1 on EX, 2 on EQ and TU is clean. Hopefully they pull TU, because it bumps quickly!

And a free month of play, not counting the points... although the points are almost silly. $1500 to earn a month of play... that's basically 1% cashback that can only be used for WoW... I just had to have the card regardless. If it's actually useful, well, then that's a bonus The Alliance Dwarf is the spitting image of my hunter.

 

The APR may not turn out to be too bad either, although I've got a Penfed Gold if I have to carry a balance...

Most interesting, because they also pulled Equifax. My EQ is clean, and only had 2 inquiries on it, plus 1 that had bumped off. My TU is clean, but has about 5 bumped inquiries over the past year. EX has only one, AMEX.

 

I guess this is going to be the new trend... doesn't matter who they pull or what your report says, some other company is going to sell them everything that anyone has ever said about you in your files or public records...
