MPM officially blows dude.
Got my registration yesterday but couldn't pull equifax. Which is the main reason I got it?
today it was only showing me TU report.
I'm starting to think that I may just cancel and ask for a refund.
Worthless service with outdated archaic website.

im not a web guy so bear with me. about a week ago firefox started warning me that their web certificate was invalid and had expired. asked me if i wanted to create an exception for it.

today i read that the site is down for maintenance.

just now it let me login again and there is no expired certificate warning.

i think they fixed that certificate when it was down.

You must wait 24 hours + 1 minute before you refresh your report, otherwise it will lock you and only give you TU report.

I've been using MPM for over two months, and have never had a single issue.

It's likely down for maintenance, which is a common occurrence for many pullers on Sunday mornings. Same reason Credit Karma is down this morning as well.

Everyone take a deep breath, and chill.

That's what kills me - 10:37 was when I could pull my new report. Now I have to wait until they get the site back up. That means my 24 hours is going to be much later tomorrow.

This is when only having 3 daily pullers for B* kills you.

Eh, I've had MPM for almost a year now. There are bound to be periods of system maintenance for any site and I've only encountered it once since signing up. The issue with a bureau missing has also happened once, but it was when it was first set up and went away soon. Definitely track the 24 hours + 1 minute to make sure you aren't pulling too soon.

IMO MPM is a pretty decent service, especially if you are monitoring for yourself and a spouse. The alerts seem to be more timely than the other services. I also find the basic layout easier to read instead of flipping through pages of fancy graphics and charts just to see what balance reported and how many inquiries I have left. My only real complaint is what they consider negative may or may not line up with what the CRAs consider negative due to the different ways they code items.
