Lifespring Visa - a National City card available in all states

I'm always on the lookout for a card that pulls TU exclusively. I haven't been able to apply for a National City card as they aren't available to residents in WA state as per their website. I recently found the Lifesprings health visa platinum card which is partnered with National City and is available to residents of all states. I like the 4% gas. I applied. Got a weird response. Definitely not an automatic approval by any means. It just said the app was submitted, and the'd get back to me lol.

standard NC MO - even on preapproved offers... or any banking product applied for online. (I tried setting up an IRA for DH Fri - figuring it would be instant and we could transfer the money from our NC checking acct. We're still waiting for them to process it.)

Going by the credit pulls database, I'd say no.

There is one other National City card that is available in all states. It is the Escrip Visa Platinum

 

It's a TU pull as well.

I was approved for the Lifespring Visa. Received the card today. 10K credit line. My TU score was 567 three months ago. I've never bought my Fico score. My Fako now is about 725. Report is clean now except for a paid CO from a few years ago.

I applied for this once about 4 months ago...had a TU in the 730's, but they shot me down for # of new accounts (a theme in my denials )

I applied over the weekend and they pulled TU Monday morning......... now it's the dreaded waiting game

Over the past 90 days, I have become very inquiry sensitive. Thus, I have all 3 CRAs locked. If I know which CRA a potential lender will pull, I will unlock that one for them just long enough for them to pull their report, then it is immediately locked again. Otherwise, I call them once I get the denial/request of CR; then unlock for the pull and relock.

 

In any case, I have put an end to multiple pulls from potential lendors
