1. All 3 CRAs must be freeze-free to enroll

2. After enrollment, you can freeze Equifax or TransUnion, Experian has to be unfrozen to pull

3. You MUST wait at least 24 hours after last pull to pull again, or you’ll only get TU

I found that 1443 minute delay on my macro wasn't always enough. Sometimes the site is slow and pulling for both my wife and me occasionally takes a couple extra minutes. Then the next day I only get TU. I changed to 1445 minute delay and haven't had any issues since.

Is there a thread explaining EQ complete? That one is the complicated one, they have so many different products available.

Ok, well I have EX frozen and have not been able to pull EQ through MPM for the last few days. At first, I thought I was not waiting the full 24hrs +1.. but that is not the case. Who do I need to talk to, MPM or Equifax? Or just wait?

In my experience with MPM and not being able to pull until recently my address on EQ report didn't match what MPM had so it wouldn't pull. MPM had my PO Box and EQ had my physical. I called MPM a few days ago and they changed it in their system to my physical address. The rep actually pulled the report fine after that, and I have been able to pull again!!!!

I have had this service for me and my wife since credit repair started last year. Since we are clean now I decided with our limited income there was no reason to pay for this service. I called to cancel today and was expecting a fight. Conversation went like this.

me: I would like to cancel my account

them: your name please

me: my name is futurehomeowner

them: ok, I went ahead and closed your account. You will get an email as confirmation. Thank you.

me: ok thanks, bye.

 

I have had a tougher fight checking out of a retail store

Yep, they don't seem to care about losing business. I cancelled and it took all of 6 seconds to do so.

if anything it means they likely don't know how to run a business. some sort of retention is to be expected, if not for that, at least asking a question as to why. always good to get some data on why people are no longer using your services.
