  1. Same. I think all the Hawaii Marriott however are Cat 9. They are Category 8
  2. That's a huge win. How does the replacement Costco account report. Does it show as a new account?
  3. I just have a secured WF, the ad was just on back of the paper statement.
  4. Thanks. I will try it out. Tired of paying t-mobile an extra 50 a month.
  5. I received my WF CC bill today and the back of the bill had the below. Has anyone used a benefit like this? I would love to cancel my Cellphone insurance and bring that bill down Cellular Telephone Protection Print Share FacebookTwitter Pay your monthly cellular telephone bill with your eligible Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Card and you'll get up to $600 protection (subject to a $25 deductible). 6. I had Pad tax liens from CA on all 3. EQ and EX removed them but I haven't had any success with TU. 7 years will be up in May 2017, so i guess i'll try in November.
  7. Jun 2016 3/24 But since I have a 4 year old Dismissed BK13, I won't be applying for a few years.
  8. Did you write them a letter or tell them orally not to contact you at work?
  9. I've paid AD Astra before. I had a collection account that wasn't reporting, I made arrangements for three payments, paid them all and it never showed on my credit report. Not advising you to pay them but that was my experience.
  10. Congrats. Is that number in your Sig for your Mortgage% real?
  11. Does your state have a website that records public records? I have a paid tax lien from the state of CA, I paid it off to get my mortgage, and EQ and EX removed it soon after. TU has never removed it, my report shows the file number and when I go to the Sacramento County website, I can see my paid tax lien.
  12. Cash is subprime. Except when it isn't. There have been two instances that come to mind where cash was prime. One was on a road trip where we stopped at a Porky's BBQ right after a storm has passed through and power was out. The restaurant was still operating but was on a cash only basis. Everything else was down. Had a delicious meal there. The other instance happened at Fry's where I was buying assorted computer parts to build a new system. At checkout my debit card was declined. Turned out the entire bank network was down for several hours. Fortunately, I had the cash on me. It came to a bit over $1,000. Carrying 10 or 15 Ben's adds half an ounce of weight to my wallet but comes in handy every now and then. That's like losing 10 dollars for me. more for people with better credit cards.
  13. 1. Cops can and do have cameras that scan license plates. They were originally adapted from the same technology that sorts mail by zip code. 2. Why not just put one of the utility bills in your name as opposed to the wifes if this is becoming a larger and larger issue? CapOne called my gas provider with me on the phone as part of an account verification, so yes they are indeed serious about the utility issue. 1. Yes, and I knew it was a scan because I saw the cop coming from the opposite direction on the Interstate, with his lights on (around midnight). He turned around and chased me down. They was no way he could have read my plate from nearly a mile away, in the dark. 20 minutes later, after a call to my state, he let me go. When I saw his lights, I never thought he was after me, until he was right behind me. 2. Because then my wife would have the problems, and her credit is much better than mine. The only bills they said they accept are gas and electric, and for us it's the same bill (same company). I think they need to lighten up a bit. I pay the property tax here, the sewer bill, the Direct TV, the house insurance etc. Can't you put both of your names on the utility bills?
  14. Zalc... His issue is that he can't verify who he is online. All of the online sites will ask you to confirm data points from your credit report, the problem with OP is that he probably has Data Points that he doesn't recognize. Since he can't answer the data points from his credit report, because it contains data he didn't request, he can't get his online report. I was a victim of a data breach and so I get a free credit report thru opm, it's really more than a credit report it has a lot of other background info. Try the link below, it's a US government site. https://www.opm.gov/CYBERSECURITY
