  1. Well highest SL ever and 3rd highest limit period (not including JCREW store card). I started in January 2013 with a 563 on TU (I believe).
  2. Received the card today. 7k SL, no complaints from me.
  3. I just got a mailer for an Elan backed visa platinum card for CVFCU 0% for 18 months. They pulled TU, I'm not officially in their system yet so I don't know the SL. Also I live in Pa.
  4. So checking my account today, I apparently got a CLI to 9.1k limit. Could this be a glitch in their system? I checked both through the app and online. My statement just cut on the 19th and I last requested a CLI about 2 weeks ago.
  5. You can try Home Depot's online pre-qualifier to see if anything is available. https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/CRS/acq/launch/index.action?app=PQ01&siteId=PLCN_HOMEDEPOT&sc=30052&cmp=A~Z~P~P~1~5~ZZZZ~PQ~HD~ZZ
  6. What kind of judgement is it?Mine was a tax lien against a car I previously owned. Perhaps that is why it wasn't/isn't recorded? Oh sorry. Missed that part. It is from a defaulted laon. Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk Have you sent the MOV letter yet? If so, have you gotten a response? My tax lien was deleted only after I filed a BBB complaint and it was done within a week of filing.
  7. I suppose that's what is so confusing, it doesn't seem as every situation should be different as there are only a couple of scenarios; unpaid and paid and maybe the state, but it seems that even that should be uniform. It should, but then most people wouldn't be getting the deletions they are getting.🤗
  8. That's interesting verbiage because they are required to provide a business name and contact information for furnishers or re-sellers of information 1) write them back, asking for a name of the Vendor in accordance with the requirements of the FCRA 15 U.S. Code § 1681i (a) (6)B iii 2) File a CFPB complaint that EQ isn't providing the information required under 15 U.S. Code § 1681i (a) (6)B iii iii) a notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available; Today I received written confirmation that EQ has deleted the judgement. BUT, I'm saving this for down the road in the event that I have any other issues after a MOV that gets a bogus response. And I hope this helps others. Congrats!!
  9. Every situation is different. My lien was satisfied in 2013 as well. TU and EX deleted 7 years from filing date which was 2008, so it came off in 2015. EQ kept it going. It would have been on my report until 2020, 7 years from paid date. I'm in Pa, but in general, liens can actually remain indefinitely if not paid I have read on here.
  10. Big congrats!! I'm glad you were persistent, EQ was a pain for mine too.
  11. Is it even reporting on LN? Have you requested a copy of your LN report? Because EQ stated they verified mine, I requested MOV. To that request they responded with a letter of "how" they verify. So when I filed my BBB complaint, I stated that I spoke with the court and they don't relay any info to the CRA's and EQ wasn't updating it as requested.
  12. That's good news, SteelerChick! What was the timeline of EQ's verification, the MOV, and the judgment's removal? Thanks! Sent WhyChat's letter at the beginning of August. Investigation started 8/7. Completed 8/10 (I think...). EQ updated item to SATISFIED. Sent Modified WhyChat letter 9/1. Investigation started 9/3. Sent basically the same response back on 9/10. Sent MOV CMRRR on 9/20. Received on 9/23. Checked CCT on 9/29 no judgement listed. Today I get this letter (dated 9/27) telling me how they do, but now how they did THIS judgement. Which is what I asked them to do in my MOV letter. It says : In the case of a public record item such as a judgement, tax lien or bankruptcy, Equifax seeks the most recent filing associated with the disputed information. This information is often obtained from a medium (ie. paper records or computer database) prescribed by the source of the information (ie. courthouse or other government entity). Equifax may use a business vendor to obtain the most recent filing from the public record source. As appropriate, Equifax then makes deletions or changes to your credit file. The name, address and , if reasonably available, the telephone number of the furnisher(s)/sources(s) of the information contacted while processing your dispute(s) is shown under the "Results of your investigation" section on the cover letter that accompanies the copy of your revised credit file. That is the same letter they sent me for MOV on a tax lien. I sent a picture copy when I filed a BBB complaint against them.
