Try the following steps: 1) click on your ipod, under the device option 2) if the main area shows summary, click on podcast that is on the same line. 3) make sure the podcast you want is checked. 4) then hit apply or sync. that should then copy the podcast to your ipod.

( An action may not be brought in small claims court by: (1) an assignee of the claim or other person seeking to bring an action on an assigned claim; (2) a person primarily engaged in the business of lending money at interest; or (3) a collection agency or collection agent. (c) A person may be represented by an attorney in small claims court. (d) This section does not prevent a legal heir from bringing an action on a claim or account otherwise within the jurisdiction of the court. (e) A corporation need not be represented by an attorney in small claims court. This only says that a person MAY be represented by an attorney. It does not say that the court WILL appoint an attorney. There is a big difference.

Also check the Landlord/Tenant laws. Most require the landlord to notify you in writing within 30 days if they make a claim against the deposit. Did you give your landlord your new address when you moved out ? You may be able to sue him for the deposit.

Dang, we have a lot of Cobbakazes here. My street address is Kennesaw, but I am just outside of the city limits. My commue is only about 10 steps from my bed to my desk.
