They have never given me a CLI. 3 years and no love. The last time I requested one I was told "According to your credit report you have cards with higher limits so you have plenty of credit available without us extending more to you."

I just registered my Store Card and BBRZMC online. Linking them was no problem. I don't have any othe Citi cards. Doesn't look like you can manage these cards through their mobile app. Cap 1 never allowed these cards to be managed through their mobile app either.

Back in July I posted about how I was denied a CLI on my BBMC because of an 11 yr old account I defaulted on. http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=514424&hl= Today I hit the Luv button again on my BBMC to see what would happen. Increased from $1600 to $2100. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

And yet they deny me a CLI because of a card I defaulted on 11 years ago. Congrats to your daughter!!

720 for the 3rd month in a row

I hit the luv button on my BB MC 2 weeks ago and was given the 7-10 day notice. Seemed strange since the last few CLI's have been instant. I received a letter last week that my request could not be granted due to the derogatory status of my account. Needless to say I panicked. I called Cap 1 and they told me it isn't any of my current accounts that are derogatory, quite the contrary, they are excellent. They apologized for the misunderstanding. It was in fact an account I defaulted on 11 years ago that was the problem. My current 2 accounts are in excellent standing but they can't give me a CLI because of a defaulted 11 year old account. Funny thing is they have given me 3 cards and multiple CLI's on the BB MC over the last few years. I actually found it kind of funny. I didn't argue. I'm not in need of a CLI. Just giving a heads up that the "Supervisor" I was transferred to told me that accounts stay in their database for 10 - 13 years.

Soft pull or hard pull? And wheres the luve button at for BBRZ mc. I looked all over the website and didnt find it No idea about soft or hard...They won't show up for a day or 2 but it's always been soft in the past if anything shows up at all. I've gotten CLI's on the BBRZ MC without any pull ever showing up. The Luv button is under the customer service tab at the top of the screen. The second item on that menu "Request Credit Limit Increase".

I've had the Walmart Card since April. This is my 2nd CLI...First one was an auto-CLI a few months back. It started out as a $1200 CL then I got the Auto-CLI to $1400 and then hit the luv button today and got the CLI to $2200. Current balance on the card is $300.
