Hello,

 

Is it possible to pull daily during the "trial" membership? I just signed up yesterday and when I try to update, it wants to charge me $39.95.

I joined last week. Yesterday I called to cancel (and get the $9.95 offer... lol), stating that the $19.95 was too much. I logged on today to order an updated copy of my report and the screen that popped up had zeroes in all the fields. I checked my CC to be sure I hadn't been charged and it looks like I wasn't. You might want to try that.

Mostly. But you can't pull daily until after your trial period is over.

Lol, nope. I had to wait until the trial was over to update my reports. Then again, they don't charge you until the trial is over either so I guess that's why.

Even worse, it signed me up again, pushing the date back even further that I could get the free deal and the $9.99 rate. So if I were you I would wait a year from your cancellation before trying to sign up for the free trial.

I asked them to cancel the trial period after she offered the $9.95 rate and she told me I would have to wait for the trial period to be over.

Interesting. The home page where I filled out info to sign up, listed a 7 day trial. Then, the 2nd page of submission listed 30 day trial. Not sure which I'll get. But if it's a 30 day trial and I really do have to wait 30 days(I'll call tomorrow) I'll just cancel completely. Then, call them up a few day later later to see if I can rejoin no trial...

I signed up a year ago @ $19.95, called to cancel after 6 months, they gave me $9.95 for the next 6 months. It just went back to $19.95 this month (6 months later). I will call tomorrow to see if they will lower it back to $9.95 & let you know what happens.

They will lower it. Just as others have said, CCT will give anyone the 9.95 price. I called today to cancel. The rep started in on the "we're offering a special discount" spiel. I accepted. Will be able to start pulling daily on 11/30...
