Automatic Counting of Inquiries For B*

I used this today for my EQ and this is what I got

 

Soft Inquiries: 57 (~ 0 older than oldest hard inquiry) (Possible C* Detected

 

 

what does 0 older than last hard mean?? Are my daily pulls not counting??

I am using CCT and MPM and EX complete??

It means you do not have any softs older than your hards. This means when you get to 85, the first to go is your hards. Otherwise you would need to b* the older soft first. "First in, first out..."

Seems the Equifax counting tool did not count this one:

I have been using CCT and a few other sites for my daily soft pulls... I am curious if pre-approval sites like Discovers'/Amexs' soft pulls sites serve as a daily puller as well and count towards *b

OK so this was my first time doing this! Pretty sure I had *C around the 20th of last month..they left some but got my first 3 Hards *B today..right around that 85 mark...pulled USAA,EC,True Credit,MPM (yes pulling all 3 on true credit each day ..expensive I know but that was the only other way to get a 4th pull on EQ) then random myfico.com which I paid for today since I knew for sure I would get *B. So if no *C by Sunday I should bee home FREE!! Anyone know if by chance I will get *C before then?

Depends on when those softs occurred. If they were all before the hards, then yes you should be getting b*. What does the counter say?

Uh, 65 + 19 = 84...

Looks like the counter may need to be modified again as Equifax has changed their online dispute section of their website. Can't copy and paste inquires anymore without extensively modifying. :(:angry:

A stupid question.... when *b start.. does the score goes up too?

 

I have 49 soft and 8 hard on TU

 

65, then 2 days after you'll see B*. TU reinserts in April though, so not worth it right now.

The link to count the EQ softs seems to be down right now.

 

JDS, I'm getting B* earlier than 85. I noticed B* at 63 soft pulls (acording to your counter) and 16 hards = 79 total. 64 softs and 16 hards, another B*.

anybody else having problems accessing the site? Such a useful tool...hope it didn't go down!

 

It's temporarily down. This happens every once and a while. You should be a pro at manual soft counts by now if you use that tool though cool.gif
