Good afternoon,

So Friday I went around and got all my recorded judgements certified from the courthouses. And go figure both of my judgements on all three credit reports are being reported wrong. I am about to do Whychat's method and I had a question.

On the last line of

he mentions not to send it RR.

DO NOT send it RR

Is this CMRRR (Certified Mail Return Recip Requested)? Or does RR stand for (Recip Requested)? Also, if this is Recip Requested why do we not want to know when they got it? Also, should the letter say something about this is not a request to update this entry but instead something about I want this item verified?

It means you can send it Certified Mail, but do not do the "Green card" part.

Perhaps because it would give them more definite, current address information for you, or perhaps because it would get more immediate attention that way, which would lessen the chances of getting a deletion due to their 30 days expiring.

I'm not sure, but I do know others will be along soon to answer.

Good luck with this!

there is a difference of opinions on the board about whether to include RR or not.

do what you think is best for your situation.

you can get all the info online at USPS.com btw.

As I am not arguing the point, i'm just trying to understand it.

From several years' experience working with WC - if he says "do it this way" it's best to do it that way.

 you're right. that would have been the easiest answer :P

sorry, my response was directed towards Breeze. ;) A little fun banter.

Did you read the links I provided? After reading those, which part is unclear? Knowing that, then hopefully I can help you understand it. Thanks.

OK, so i disputed my judgement and tu and exp deleted it yeah!!! equifax verifed it. My judgement is recorded at the court house the judgement is paid and is. marked paid on my credit report and now verified for equifax Tthe judgement amount is different than the amount that is recorded and on my equfax report because I qualified to only pay 5% of the medical bilsl.after the judgement was given. Is the grounds for deletion?? How do I handle equifax

thanks so much
