I don't have any personal experience with any of those credit unions, but I was recently looking into a bunch of them. From what I remember, NASA had pretty good loan offers, but was otherwise a bit meh. Fort Knox has a Visa that pays 5% on gas and 1.25% on everything else. That's not too shabby, but of course only mildly interesting if you already have a PenFed card.
