My HUMOROUS convo with Sherman & Alegis

Of course they've transferred me around..I feel like a hot potato...

Finally I spoke to someone at Alegis( Because the Sherman folks are just sick of me reciting FDCPA rules to em)

The guy goes back & forth with me about his professionalism & adhereance to FDCPA ( can he kiss my a$$ any harder)

In anycase, He offered me to pay 10% for deletion....Ummm NOPE!! I want total deletion....I paid Sherman $1000 a few years back when I didnt know any better ya gets NOTHING NADA ZIP outta me ever again!

Anyway, the guy says , "Miss According to my records, you have sent numerous letters & you call EVERYDAY...In all respect, how can we have time to investigate if you call us all the time?"

I replied " Did you feel that way when you called my house & job 3 times a day for over a YEAR" "Did you feel this way when you called my landlord & left a message saying there was an accident & emergency and for me to call 1-800-Sherman ASAP?"

I told him, I would be calling HIM, the CEO, the COO, The general counsel & anyone else I could think of on a daily basis until I get sick of doing so & when that happens, I will SUE!! He said...Why dont you admit that you just want to sue us...I told him NO I DONT!! DELETE & You will never hear my voice again....He said and until then....I replied...I will call you every single day until then....He said...The investigation can take 8 to 10 weeks...and as old as this is, it can take over 6 months.....I told him that in 6 months, I will have forgetten who the hell Sherman & Alegis is because you will have deleted by then. He said I needed to send him a copy of my SS card & DL license so he can compare with the contract IF he happens to get it....I couldnt stop laughing hard enough to answer him.

 

Synopsis: EVEN IF by some small miracle, they find the original contract,etc.... the SOL is up...they cant SUE...on the other hand, I have them on about 15 violations....so I CAN sue....

 

Life is grand...Good Credit is sexy....and Im feeling kinda cute today

Bravo! I am so sick of them I can't stand it. I got a reply from Mr. Brannigan saying that they would delete but that was about 3 weeks ago and it's still there. So as I said before we will see what happens when they get served with my complaint and summons. All I wanted was a deletion but now that I have been denied a security clearance vital to my career because of them I am out for blood.
