  2. You're jumping a bit ahead. Before they can obtain a judgment they first need to file a suit against OP and serve him. OP has a decent chance of successfully defending any lawsuit filed by a JDB if the advice in the HIBS forum is followed.

  4. Contracts can usually freely be assigned (or transferred) without the need of a transfer clause. Usually a clause is only needed to forbid the assignment of a contract.
  5. They are an actual law firm. It is only a breach if a non-attorney employee of them claims to be an attorney.
  6. You should be able to send a reinsertion letter if I'm not mistaken.

  9. I ignored it and they processed the dispute within the 30 days since they received the dispute. They just will not send you a copy of the results, you can always pull a report to check.

    I called and they just bounced me back and forth between departments.. considering sending a letter CMRR stating the FCRA violation of refusing to release my file.

    My EQ has been like this for a little while, EQ is blocking it due to too many softs on my report. CS still works though.

  14. Man that is awsome. Yeah I was happy when it came in the mail, with my luck it was a mistake that they will fix it the first time they see my account if I ever have to call in.
  15. It would be dancing if after reallocating you requested another CLI on Card #2 to get that $1000 back.
