You're jumping a bit ahead. Before they can obtain a judgment they first need to file a suit against OP and serve him. OP has a decent chance of successfully defending any lawsuit filed by a JDB if the advice in the HIBS forum is followed.
Contracts can usually freely be assigned (or transferred) without the need of a transfer clause. Usually a clause is only needed to forbid the assignment of a contract.
I ignored it and they processed the dispute within the 30 days since they received the dispute. They just will not send you a copy of the results, you can always pull a report to check.
I called and they just bounced me back and forth between departments.. considering sending a letter CMRR stating the FCRA violation of refusing to release my file.
