I understand that VW Credit has financing tiers. Does anyone know what the minimum FICO is required to qualify for their 0% offers? Or do any of you know how the tiers are broken down?

If it helps, my husband and I just got financed through VW Credit with 2.5%, both of our Experian and Equifax scores are VERY low 600's.

That's somewhat helpful. Can you give me some details? Specifically what was the term of your loan (24, 36, 48 months etc) and how much did you finance? Oh, and also what car did you get ? ;) Thanks.

If you have higher TU scores, that may have been why. VW Credit only pulls TU (the guy at the dealership told me this, and its also consistent with the pull they made for my lease).

The following was found on an ad special from VW of Hayward's website based in California:

"0% interest rate is based on 740+ "A" tier credit, financing is on approved credit..."
