Mentioned this another thread but thought it deserves a thread of it's own.

Applied for Associated Bank last week, got approved for $20K today. TU pull.

Associated is a Citi affiliate.

I do indeed! However, for me Citi has always been an EQ puller, and I'm working on some B* for the 12 inqs I have on there already

ETA: that being said...anyone near Orlando apply for this yet? What bureau if so?

if this is a TU puller I am all over it...(see how well I follow the Kona program?) :cry2:

I just got this card too. Only a $9k limit on an EQ pull, but did also get in the mail today the 0% no fee BT checks. Cust Svc also confirmed that this offer is good for 12 months. I have read over at FW that Citi will let you consolidate other Citi lines into this as well. Me like.

Did I read somewhere that if you're at your limit creditwise with Citi that you can still get this one?

That seems to be the case. I was approved for $9K, but when I spoke with an analyst in 11/07 after applying for a PPE, she told me that she could only approve me for the minimum CL on that card ($2K) because I was at my max. It seems like Citi will approve you for new cards if you scores are good and you are in good standing with them but only for the min CL.

But what I read now is that the co-branded cards do not count towards that max hence the OK approval for Associated. I wonder if this is the same with that other co-branded Citi cards like Shell, Key Bank, etc. Hmmm...?

Congrats, LBCS! :P

I just got approved for this, too, for 10k. That other thread made me do it :good:

For those thinking of applying, it was an EQ pull in Oregon. Hubby also applied and got denied for too many inquiries, so they must be sensitive to that.
