I've stopped using both services. PayPal could turn it around if they decide to bring in their lending services under on roof and revamp that bs UI they just deployed.

 

A few years ago eBay "cleaned up" the type of stuff that was being sold on the site. I remember the quote being something like, "I don't want eBay to look like a junk shop." Well, that was kinda why people used it. Ebay can't turn it around. As long as they want to compete with amazon, it's over.
