Last bill was $159 and I have thermostat set for 68 overnight and 70 for an hour in the am and for an hour at around 10:15 at night. But lately I have had the thermostat changed to 70 or 72 for a few hours at night because its been so cold here lately(SW Idaho). Natural gas bill in summer is around $20 or so.Dreading the next bill or 2

What if you had to list your 1st and second mortgages as creditors but are still paying them so you can keep your house? I dont want the credit lines to disappear for those but would like the 3 credit cards I BK,d to go bye bye.

Finally got to writing a letter and left it on the steps leading to the room. The letter has been collected(not sure it he got it or his girlfriend as they are elusive) Letter below. Friday, August 18, 2006, 10:30am "lodger"(name withheld), As agreed upon verbally per our discussion 2 weeks ago on August 4, 2006. I am requesting you vacate the upstairs bedroom by noon (12 midday) Saturday August 19 2006. Please have all your possessions out of my house by this date and time. Thank you for your cooperation. Long story but please bear with me: I helped out a friend of my woman in times of need and gave her a room in my house with sep bathroom etc(roomate status).(little did I know she was booted from her previous rental room for reasons below). Agreed on a fixed monthly price and all was well. Well after a month or so she tells me her ex husband has lost his job and cant care for their son and he needs to move in with us(uggh) . Me being the sypathetic Christian person I am I said ok and she agreed to pay extra $100/month to cover this and he sleeps in her room as well(11 year old). Thats ok , so anyway he goes to visit his other brother for a month or 2 in the summer and is due back soon. In the meantime this lodger loses her job due to her fiery temper and alcholic issues and hasnt worked for 3 weeks now. She sleeps most of the day due to popping her meds and drinking(reformed alcholic so she tells me). She has a job to go to now(I,ll belive it when I see it) and I accepted whatever she could afford with her final paycheck from her job she blew off, even tho I bought food with it and put more of my money to it to get the food. The plot thickens: 2 weeks ago my woman was asked by a former workmate to let him and his girlfriend stay for 2 weeks until their appartment was ready to move in. I agreed and said he could stay temporarily for 2 weeks and accepted an agreed amount for 2 weeks rent which by the way was supposed to be paid up front but took a week to get it. During the first few days I had strangers ringing my doorbell all hours of the night and strangers coming and going all hours of the night. Had one of them jump my back fence and knock on the back door looking for this "lodger". Boxes of beer are being consumed and my first room mate(former alcholic?) offered beer and got drunk many times. I shake my head in disbelief at the amount of beer he consumes and wonder if he is just taking me for a ride as I cannot seem to catch him at home when I am home or awake and he doesnt seem to have a steady job either even tho he is a hard worker in the service industry when he does work. I know I should have had these people sign a lease or contract or something but its too late for that. I just want this latest lodger out and want some advice on how to tell or let let him know he has to leave in the next day or so. Yesterday was the date he was supposed to be out of here and I havent sighted him today. Any advice would be appreciated thanks

I have an item for sale on Yahoo and got this email from some brainless scammer lol "Goodday, am Engineer Morris from US College of Engineering, I will like to order for this item (Hp Laser Printer) and send it to our college branch in west africa to train the new admitted 2005/2006 students into our college there in Africa and send the payment to you via online bank wire transfer or money gram immediately you send the total cost for it including shiping charges to west africa and get back to me with your payment details on my email:bhigmorris@yahoo.com" So here is what I sent back !! "Good afternoon mr scam merchant. Do you not realise that if you were in a US college of any kind you would have a college email address such as a .EDU appendix. Therefore I am reporting you to the CIA and ombudsman for online fraud as part of my duty as an American resident. You really have no clue as to how a real scammers work do you? Grow a brain and earn an honest living and do us all a favour and drop dead! thank you. Respectfully yours

I have a weird child support order that took the csa 4 yerars to start garnishing. It is an "adult child support order" from overseas. This is an order to pay ex wife for support for my now 23 year old daughter whiule she went thru collecge. I filled all the paperwork to contest and even had a power of attorney at the hearing while I couldnt attend but they judged against me by saying I wasnt there. So in Nov 2000 they wanted $422/month AUD) and I got an attorney to protest. They said most likely if we got a hearing it would be reduced etc etc yada yada. So I kept giving them money(totalled about 9000 AUD in all but on the day of the supposed hearing the judge said if you dont pay the 3 months arrears and 3 months of advance support I,m not going to hear it!!. Imagine my dismay when I couldnt afford the owing and 3 months up front as I had already racked up 100,s in cc debt anyway and was near my limit. So, I had to say I couldnt do it and you know the rest. Well the csa here in ID kept sending letters about drivers license suspension etc and kept writing back saying its not been settled and I wanted to have it heard here. So eventually after the overseas CSA got it registered I was told in a letter if I wanted it to be heard I needed to inform ex that I was contesting it. I fed exed a letter with said info but she nebver signed for the receipt as it was left on her doorstep. Fedex said they had a sigature waiver(bull). Anyway last june they started witholding nearly $500 a month until further notice(per the judges note). I am filing for BK soon as I have had enough even tho this garnishment wont stop until the supposedly $19000 owing is paid(htis is AUD and not USD). I have written to both csa telling them they cant get their act together with the conversion rate but I havent heard anything from them. Just thought I would let you know about what the csa can do to you regardless of how much time and money you spend trying to get some answers.
