  1. I have two cards from GE for nearly two years and they NEVER had given me an increase. I even clicked on the req. increase button and the answer is always no. So I had closed a couple of GE cards and have two left, and Im about to close those too. I never had a CLD when I had clicked on the button.
  2. I was just approved for Lowes yesterday for $500. I had called them up this morning to ask for an increase and I was told that they cannot approve my request and they will send me a letter. I also have two other credit cards with them and they never increased the limits on those two. So, I went online and closed this account. GE is really stingy.
  3. Thanks. I had read your post last year. Im going to write to the higher ups. This is not acceptable.
  4. I had waited two weeks for them to turn me down for an increase and now they are still playing that game.
  5. They are also slow with the CLI requests. Most people on here had an increase immediately, while some, like myself, has waited two weeks for an answer.
  6. Has anyone had a problem getting a CLI from Alliant? This is the second time that they had problems getting to my Equifax credit report and I had to wait at least two weeks.
  7. Im questioning how Sallie Mae is choosing to approve applications. It seems that they do approve BKs, because someone on here had been approved, but when I had applied, they had told me no. So, since I do believe that they are strange with their approvals, and they happen to be holding my student loans, I will consolidate those loans to another company. I do not understand this company at all.
  8. I got that same message when I had applied. I was declined and I asked the representative about the email being deceptive and he told me that it was an error.
  9. Tread carefully, because They had sent me the same email. I submitted the documents, and they had denied me because they had factored my student loans into the DTI, mind you that all my loans are in deferment. have been with them for two years and I finally decided to close my accounts with them.
