I went the full route with Chex sytems who has flagged me for having too many inquiries and nothing else - I sent the requests for investigation proof - they're past the required time via Fair Credit Reporting Act - some inquires are listed multiple times - they say they'll call me back and never do. I'm ready to sue them but the people who pick up the phone are from India - who should I list on the claim? - I have the president's name

I believe the headquarters of FIS is who handles it all when they are sued.. I will check and find out more if I can but I think this is who you would contact

Greetings,

is the contact information listed elsewhere on the site about how to contact checksys. I have been unsuccessful in getting them to clear my report. I have sent in a copy of my BK and list of discharged debtors more than once and yet it remains. The debt was reported 3/13, my discharge was final 4/13 and the debt in dispute is listed in my BK along with acct # showing it was a part of the BK discharge, However, checksys keeps coming back saying it was verified. Now, I plan on suing them. Need resident agent information. Should I also sue the credit union?

Thanks!

Chexsystems would probably get your small claims action transferred to federal court, as they are governed by federal statute.Your report should have been updated to reflect the discharge. I would file a CFPB complaint first. That might get faster results. http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/
