Not true. I have online access without any prior Key business relationship. I am not able to pay the bill on their site via a non-Key bank account but I am able to see Transactions, Due Date, Min Pmt Amt, etc.

You can if you go to the site , then to the business credit section and their is a spot says something like more features and then a link to access credit card info

I wasn't able to get my card registered online, really annoying. I called in and they kept saying I wasn't in the system, and said call back after first statement cut. I pretty much gave up, not that big of a deal.

Ya when I signed up it said I had to call so I called and was asked a million questions and then was transferred three times and then was told I had to fax a letter over with my correct social security number and date of birth, so I asked what was wrong they said they were missing my date of birth and my social was wrong , I said I dont think it was wrong so they repeated it back to me and it was correct so I needed to fax over my date of birth and sign it.

But at first they wanted me to fax over my social, date of birth and card number.. So I asked if that was a secure thing to do she said ya!!!

I never heard of that before , if the fax goes to the wrong place they have all my info.

But I only needed to fax my date of birth and card number, they are chocolate out of like if it want some place else . Fraud protection!

Still no online access

I don't need it, and even if I did have access to the card website, people have said it is crap anyway. My bank's bill pay services will get the payment there in 2-3 days.

You have to get a keybank checking account in order to have full access.

I am thinking of setting up a business account around year end and see how it goes.

hey Brndnh please be more specific i cant seem the find how to access the credit card online without a bank account.. i just got off the phone with CS and they confirm it cant be done..

That is what you go to then enroll, then select no debit card and then selecy key business credit card and go though that way but if that is what you are doing and it says error you will need to call, I guess when you do it you are suppose to put your tax id number in place of your social when it ask for it if not it does find the account correctlyand once you go though and do it once you can't do it again.

Honestly is not even worth it it gives you no more options then just calling. You cant make payments on there

Thanks .. yea that's exactly what i was doing .. and i entered EIN instead of social .. it said called i called.. the CSR said only way to do it is with checking account.. yea i wasted enough time on this.. i just gonna forget it..

No shes a salamander you dont need a checking account, I have online access and no checking account with them. Its a waste any way
