I received this in an email and I can not stop laughing.

 

If you resemble this....raise your hand. LOL

 

When someone makes you mad at work and you've had just about enough! Start singing this old Negro spiritual.

 

If your boss/employer has a policy against singing spirituals, just sing it under your breath. It's like counting to 10; it'll make you feel better. You might want to memorize it, so you can sing it every now and then to help you get through a bad day.

 

 

Remember; don't get mad, just sing!
