What you'll want to do is go to the Post Office beforehand and get a bunch of Certified Mail peices along with green cards. You can ask the person at the desk and they'll just give them to you. The Certified Mail peice will have a 20 digit number that runs along the side which is the number that goes in place of the xxx's.

Personally, I grabbed 20 of them last time I was there which should take me through my entire credit repair journey (hopefully )

I read somewhere that you needed to do your hippa letters in teal or purple font and on personalized stationary, so I went out and bought some stationary with leaves on it fall colors, then somewhere I read you also needed your stationary to have a blue background like clouds, so my question is will the stationary do that I bought or do I need something like clouds with a blue background.

The stationary you bought should be fine as long as you print your letter in purple or teal font. The reason behind this is so that the automatic scanner cannot read your letter. Using personalized stationary and different colored font prevents the machine from being able to read the letter, and forces a real person to read it.

No, you do not need a blue background. Use brown or dark rust font. The idea is to have the automated scanners unable to discern the difference between the background and the font.
