anyone have one of these? i got a preapproved offer for one that gives miles. Might think about getting it ONLY if it does not report on my personal credit report. Anyone know how their business card reports?

No idea but I get at least 2 offers from them daily. Preprinted cards -t he whole bit, but always "you have been invited to apply". Till I see a pre-approval I am not applying.

i've been getting around 5 preapproval letters per week recently between Providian and CapitalOne LOL.

 

The one i am asking about is def a business card as it ask questions about the business status, etc. and it clearly states preapproved, but have to apply to get the credit limit amount.

Mine always have a place in the application area that shows for a SS# which is my cue to toss in the trash. I get like 20 PRE approved a week and AMEX is the worse they must spend thousands in dead mail!

I have unpaid personal COs with Providian AND Crap1. Thinking I wouldn't tempt fate.

Crap One wasn't nice to us so I cancelled the card on Monday. 9K limit for over 2 yrs. No CL increases for the last year and half. The interest rate was 18%.

 

It doesn't report on your personal credit report. But it does require a PG(Personal Guarantee) and they will pull all three of your personal credit reports.

I got one of these today 0% teaser then 7.99%, maximum of $8000 - in the fine print minimum of $300.

While it’s not a bad reward deal, it costs 3 hards a PG and with one exception that I have seen the CL issued is so paltry that you could not even buy a ticket on a puddle jumper hence never be able to earn the rewards.

If I knew it would not cost 3 hards I might even call them up and ask them what CL can be expected given their history for fun.
