Perks of Small Biz Financing!

All of us here know what a @$% it can be to keep your biz rolling in LOC's, Biz CC's and... well working capital and other financing.

 

Well, besides the thrill of getting that "APPROVED!" we're beginning to experiences other perks.

 

Case in point, last week one of our lenders invited us to an evening at the horse races, all expenses paid except your bets. They had a Pavillion set up with full catering, an open bar, valet parking and live music.

 

Hubby and I aren't much of betters, but we enjoyed watching the horses and even placed a few bets just for laughs. (Came out ahead exactly $4.80!!!) Best of all was the networking where I picked up 3 good solid pieces of info that'll put money in our pockets this year abd put together a deal on the spot!

 

Next week we're going to a land acquisition seminar, again all expenses paid, catered luncheon, valet.

LOLOLO Hope yes i remember lenny and squiggy. ROFLL Thats how i would feel also at those events. Geeze i dont even have the clothes to wear to that sort of event. Ive had to start building my wardrobe up for real estate deals when dealing with the big boys. But i am like you... i feel better just dealing with the people i normally do.
