Hello,

I have a client (a mortgage client - not a credit repair client. I don't charge for any guidance on credit repair). They want to refinance their house, but have a few rough areas on their credit and I can't get them approved.

The majority is medical bills (about 15 different accounts toalling around $800.00 - some as small as $15). The client does owe the money it was unpaid co-pays. They are willing to pay it.

We have done a Pre-HIPPA to all 3 credit bureaus and got about 5 accounts off.

She called the OC and tried to get the name/address of the doctor in order to properly fill out the BANK money order. The OC (billing department) says they don't owe them any money. It appears the ex-wife paid off the medical bills as she has a bunch of medical collections as well and they all got lumpd together and the ex is paying them directly to a different collection agency than is listed on my client's credit report.

What should the next step be? I am thinking send the "FORM LETTER TO ORIGINAL HEALTH CARE PROVIDER" with Insert B and then list the Collection Agency that is reporting it.

Thoughts?

After the Form letter is the OC health provider is sent; what should be sent next???

Has your client opted out?? Some of these accounts may be from "poisoning" by garbage CA's;

On any accounts that were disputed and not deleted and you have no OC valid account data, send the reporting CA this;

and follow up with this as soon as you have the green card back;
