patelco denied me because of chex

patelco denied me, but no problem with hsbc ( online opened checking and savings accs soft pull on EX), nfcu ( ck and svg opened acc online soft pull on EQ) and penfed (opended savings online but because of info on EQ will hold deposited check for 9 days but will remove this hold after 6 months ). So can we conclude that patelco will run chexsystems; but penfed will NOT run one? also can you share which bureau they each pulled and your scores if you know them. would be a big help. thanks!

PATELCO soft pull EX denied fico 592 / NAVY soft pull in EQ fico 624 /HSBC soft pull EX fico 592

 

also I think either hsbc or navy pulled chex but it didnt matter I received already accont numbers from Navy and HS but not penfed they sent a letter telling me was approved pulled Eq but I dont see any hard or soft pull still waiting for account numbers.
