I used your HIPPA letter with insert of payment. I sent it the original creditor (dentist) on May 19th. They received May 20th, check was cashed by the dentist the next. I have a copy of the cashed check from my bank.

 

I gave them the 10 days standard as you have in your template - nothing has been removed from my TU credit report, the only it is on, and I wanted to know what your thoughts are on my next stop getting this removed.

 

I have not heard back AT ALL from the OC or the CA.

send part 2.... re-read instructions... take a while...not fast paced with some creditors too. But you need to send the follow up letter.

Try the medical dispute letter again, ( I assume you had some kind of reply from the original medical dispute letter to the CRA?)
