OK, jeez, give me ING anyday.

I'm trying to use this HSBC thing I set up a few weeks back. I xferred money out of my checking to fund the account, but nowhere in this website is there a place to xfer funds to/from my checking account (w/local bank).

Also, I have 350 pieces of mail from them on this one account, and nowhere do I see the stinking PIN number from the ATM card I don't remember ordering.

Anybody else hate this site as much as I do? I should have known when they sent me a user ID that was 28 letters/numbers long...

Do I need to re-set up with the checking account, and if so, how?

Thanks :good:

If you didn't order an ATM card the only way to set up bank2bank is by calling. It'll be easiest if you can be on-line at the time you call. They'll do a fresh pair of confirmation transactions, and you'll have to select yet another pin just to get into the transfer section. It isn't too bad once it's set up, but it is nowhere near as easy as ING.

You are not alone... :)

I feel torchured by the website. I did get in long enough to see that they credited my account the 25 bucks.

If you have the ATM card, you need the PIN, and you can set up bank to bank transfers. If you don't have the PIN and/or the ATM card, you can call them and set it up.

You can also change the account number to whatever you want.
