I work at a business where this Paul Law Office keeps calling for someone that doesn't work here and they won't believe me or the owners. They are leaving nasty messages on the voicemail about sending the police and warrants. Is there any way to turn these people in for harassment? Our business is listed in the yellow pages and they won't stop calling. What do we do? Every person that calls in beyond nasty and border line threating. Someone have any advice? Thanks!!!

A fed up in Florida!

Tell them that you're recording the call. They'll disappear fast!

I would love to tell them that! They must be depserate to get this girls money they are calling everyday. Who can I call to file a complaint to?

Check the laws of your state. You are protected by the Statute of Limitations in your state...if they are attempting to collect after this term has ran out, don't admit you owe anything. You can inform them that the statute of limitations is "x" years and they are violating the statute by attempting to collect.

If they continue to harass you, get an attorney involved and go after them.
