2nd returned CMRRR letter that CA didnt receive

I sent a DV letter to a medical CA regarding an account they listed on my report. It was returned after 3 attempts and no response from the CA. Now what do I do to get the CRA to remove

Have you already disputed it with the CRAs and they verified it?

I haven't encountered this yet but I would send the CRA copies of the envelopes that were returned and tell them you have attempted to contact the CA as per their instructions and they either need to delete or provide you with some good contact information. Most likely they haven't truly verified the information.

Did you delete old addresses, if possible if you moved since the date of service??

 

When WAS the date of service??

 

How did you dispute to the CRAs?? If you did it on line or by phone and it was more than 3 Months ago, you can send each CRA this:

Hi Whychat,

 

Yes I did all those things opted out and deleted old address. I kept sending the CA CMRRR dispute letters but they all were returned to me unclaimed. I will send the letter you suggested the the experian tomorrow. It has been 30 days since the last CMRRR letter was sent. 45 days since the previous one before that.
