I am just hoping my Capital One BB card turns into my one way back into the graces of the Citi. The only place that hates me and because I was foolish. Hopefully I can build a good relationship with them and this card and get them to like me again

My guess would be late 3rd or 4th quarter this year. It says the deal doesn't close til 3Q13 so would be after closing.
