Ok so I did get the green card back on 5/16 stating the CA received my letter, next step I believe is to send the CRA that letter in Whychat's response..or do I wait the 30 days? I will get it ready to send just let me know if I wait the 30 days first.

Yall help me so much. I appreciate it.

Thanks to both of you, I have EX,and TU reports for CRA, don't know why don't have EQ, and then I have the current reports from freescore.com that hubby ordered.that he has a monthly deal with. Is there a better site or one that yall might recommend I don't like there as it does hot have the date of the first late charge or date coming off report on it.

Just take one thing at a time right now. :)

You should NOW send each CRA where the account is reporting the follow up letter with a copy of the medical DV you sent to the CA and a copy of the front and back of the green card.

Ok I will do that, I did get a letter from the attorney's office/CA today. That they have not had enough time to complete their investigation of the inaccuracy. On our completion of the investigation, we will inform you of whether our information was accurate or inaccurate.

So from now sent (June 20th) How long do they have to respond?

The CA sent you a typical stalling letter. They will likely never respond, however it IS more likely they will not verify the follow up dispute and you may get your deletion.

Ok thank you. I am going to send the ones to TU and EX tomorrow. They are the only two reporting it, it has changed that is was in dispute.

Ok so I would leave some of that letter out, like per your instructions in your response. ...sense this is the first letter to the CRA's correct.?

Ok quick question that letter you told me to use, is that the correct letter sense it looks like a second letter to the CRA's but it would actually be the first? Just alittle confused on it. sorry to bother..

You deleted old addresses? You sent each CRA the INITIAL dispute letter?

http://www.whychat.5u.com/hipaadisp.html

You did not get a deletion??

You sent the CA the medical DV??

You are NOW sending the follow up dispute?

http://www.whychat.5u.com/ltrcavalhipaa.html#DISPUTE

If so, the follow up dispute is certainly a SECOND letter after the initial dispute letter

I went back to the start of your post.

Because you started with a DV to the CA instead of an initial dispute to the CRAs, I got thrown off the track of your problem.

If you have moved since the date of the medical services for the accounts you are disputing it would have been a good idea to try to get your old addresses deleted before you started disputing, however since you have already gone this far, it may be too late to do so.

HOWEVER since you have not yet apparently sent ANY dispute to any CRA, it is worth while ( If you HAVE moved) to try to get the old addresses deleted BEFORE you send anything to any CRA. To do this you need to send a handwritten letter to each CRA asking them to delete INVALID addresses, (list them) You need to include proof of your ID and correct current address, a copy of your drivers license and SS card and an original recent utility bill.

If you have NOT moved since the date of medical services, then you can skip the address deletion and simply send the initial dispute letter to each CRA . It is ONLY the initial dispute letter and ONLY to a CRA that you use a font and background paper to bypass the automated scanning systems.

Thank you Why Chat for all of your help with this letters to CRA's I had wrote and will go mailed out tomorrow. due to being out of town. I will mail them certified mail right?

Also need to ask you something else. I am going to start working on the bad TL's on the report now. 1) do I need to wait til this one is done? 2) do I go ahead and send the letters to the CRA's now to delete old address? I have about 11 items saying Potentially Neg. items or items for further review. Most of them are paid or settled for less. they state: account legally paid in full for less than full balance, Paid in settlement, two say account closed at credit grantor's request. and I see one that states still owed. Anyway just wondering what the next step is or if I should wait until the medical bills are done.

Thanks again

Ok here is where I stand now, the first letter I sent to CA. got Green card on 6/18, then got the letter 6/20 stating they had not had enough time to investigate. The I sent the letter's to the CRA's on 7/6/12, Now with the one to CA being 30 days as of tomorrow, (have heard nothing back from the CRA's yet) What is my next step? Can I send a letter to the CA and demand them to remove it sense it's been 30 days, or do I have to wait 45 days because they sent the letter? They are both listed as customer disputed reported by subscriber. So next step please and thank you,

Two of the CRA's the score went up and one it went down..go figure.

Scores in June.

Anyway just wondering what the next step is or if I should wait until the medical bills are done.

Thanks again

Sorry no I did not send the CRA's a letter first, I was told to send to the CA first so I did. This would be my first letter to the CRA's Sorry for the confusion. So I need to send that first letter right? Oh and yes I opt out, and no did not delete old address do I need to do that first or can I send letter at same time?

List ALL medical accounts as they appear on the report you are disputing.

Ok so here goes the CA sent me the letter stating they had not had enough time to investigate, I sent off the letters to the two CRA's that were reporting it, Then I get a letter from TU stating they deleted both charges, a few days later I get a letter from the CA with some charges with insurance ect. stating I owe this and offer to settle,...So do not know what the next step should be. should I send the CA a PDFD letter? or not worry about it due to it being deleted? it can come back again right? Help. Thanks

Thank you Why Chat for all of your help with this letters to CRA's I had wrote and will go mailed out tomorrow. due to being out of town. I will mail them certified mail right?Get your old addresses deleted BEFORE sending these disputes out certified only without a return receipt, wait until your medical accounts are resolved BEFORE disputing non medicals

Is it still on Ex?? What was your response from Ex??

DO NOT send the CA anything.

If it is deleted from both reports that is the end of it, it can NOT be reinserted.

What was the date of the medical service(s)??

There were 2 DOS: 10/19/09 and 07/28/09 I have not seen a response from Ex. I will pull it up and see what I can find out.

If you followed all the initial steps:

http://www.whychat.5u.com/GUIDEBOOK.html

And you have a medical account that was not deleted with the initial dispute letter, then the next step is the medical DV

http://www.whychat.5u.com/ltrcavalhipaa.html

and then the follow up dispute to the CRA(s)
