Quick refresher: CA said they reported my account to the CRAs on 2/28. Then I found this site. By 3/9 I hadn't seen it show up on truecredit so I just sent full payment to the OC. On that same day I got an attorney letter, saying the account had been turned over to them, but now that the OC's been paid I don't think they have a case. I haven't heard anything from the OC and haven't seen anything show up on my report so I don't know what I need to do at this point.

So, I have 4 other less urgent medical TLs on my credit that I want to take care of. Some are paid, some are not. (I know the paid ones can't go further than the medical dispute letter.) Anyway, I had been waiting on these others because I wanted to send the medical dispute letters for all of my accounts at once. But now, I don't know if the CA really reported because it didn't show up.

So, what is my best course of action? Wait for the new one to show up and dispute all of them at once with the medical dispute letter, or dispute the 4 other collections by themselves and deal with the new one when/if it shows up.

Oh, one more question, I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but it seems like Experian doesn't like disputes by mail anymore. They want people to dispute online or over the phone. I have been scouring the web for their dispute address. I finally found an address to write to if you'd like to order a credit report: PO Box 2002, Allen TX 75013. Is that what everyone uses? I wonder why they don't like disputes by mail.

At this point, there is nothing you can do but wait and see if anything shows up and then take the appropriate action then.

IMHO, dispute the 4 now ... deal with the other when/if it shows up.

There will be an address to write to on the hard copy report that you receive from Experian. The address that I use is PO Box 9701, Allen, TX 75013.
