  1. I have a collection with ERS that was forwarded to them by the University of Denver. I was told that they purchased my account and $257.00 in fees have been added to original $1021.00. Can this debt be negotiated or is it non-negotiable because it is an educational debt? Ladies and Gents need assistance - How should I handle this? Thanks
  2. Hello Everyone, APL Biz advertises on a specialty commercial real estate site and promises that they can build business credit in ninety days to six months. They also guarantee the ability to get unsecure loans in business name. Does anyone have information on this company? They also charge $2500.00. Thanks
  3. I am looking for a good company that does COMMERCIAL real estate commission advance. I have an all cash deal, earnest money, that will be closing within the next Thirty days. Thanks
  4. I enrolled in an online course at a University and dropped the course. They told me I had a debt of $1021 because it was after the drop date. I attempted to explain how confusing there system was and they did not move on the amount owed. After going back and forth with them - they sent my account to a collection agency. I sent an initial letter to the collection agency with what they should provide me with and I only got back A student accounts receivable form with the debt, name, and student number. This debt is incorrect and I attempted to work it out with the college. What should be my next letter to the collection agency? Thanks
  5. I have an LLC that was created in November 2007. I went to the DnB website to update my file because I changed the name and was told to give customer service a call. After speaking with the DnB customer service person I was told I had a supporting file and not a verified number - I was then told it would cost $149.00 to acquire a verified number. Does anyone have experience with this? Is there a way around it or is it just the cost of doing business? Thanks
  6. How long does it take for them to get back to you once it is faxed? Thanks
  7. I am presently behind on a Citibank Business Account that is now in collections with Credit Services Inc. I wanted to know how do I stop the phone calls and what is the best way to deal with them and/or possibly settle?
  8. Ladies and Gentlemen, I wanted to know about virtual offices. Will it give me a legitimate business address and accept mail. I also need a business phone line and don't want to incur the hugh fees by ATT. Thanks
  9. I had an Advanta Business Card and no late payments. They raised my interest rate to 37.99 percent over several billing periods. After attempting to negotiate and receiving excuse after excuse I told them they could %^&&**^&^^%$@ with their card. After not making payments they decided to negotiate and lowered the rate to 16.99%. Unfortunately, they added the late payment to my personal credit report. After negotiating with the Advanta Representative she stated that there was no way it could be removed. It can be remove! Does anyone have advice? Happy New Year PS - If you can stay away from Advanta please do! Their business practices are the worse I have seen in the Credit Card industry.
  10. How many years did your statement include? How many different sections of Financials?
  11. I am looking to download or purchase software for financial statements. I will be submitting these financial statements to DnB. Thanks
  12. Try Balboa Capital - Sorry do not have number.
  13. My initial LOC with Suntrust was 80k @ 9%. They lowered my rate and raised the limit to 100k. They are great to deal with if you have a good banker. They are going to pull EQ and base it on personal credit and 10% of sales.
  14. I have two investment SFR properties in my personal name. I would like to sell them to my business, and not be personally liable if possible - no pg.
  15. I have a suntrust loc. It was pretty easy. I gave them stated income of my business and I was given 10% of that. They will not verify. They would like to know that your business has been in existence 2 years or more. You will need pg. Atlanta, Ga - good bank.
