Yes I tried to pay online but I cannot. I will get the money order and send the letter. Thank you.

I do have the EOB and I know the balance. Should I wait for the results of the dispute or just send off the letter and payment to the medical provider?

I also wanted to make note that I started with the intial dispute to the CRA with the letter in blue ink on blue paper. After reading more I see that if I get the response from the CA then I send the letter to the medical provider with the payment.

A medical collection showed up today from a surgery I had in March. I do not have the invoice do I need this to follow the HIPAA letter steps?

Really I am just wondering how long I have remaining in my house, I heard about 60 days after the sheriff sale but I am unsure if that is accurate? My husband seems to think its longer than that.

I would love it if they did the Cash for Keys. Moving can be expensive.

I live in Illinois I gave up my home in my BK7. Its an FHA loan and the Sheriffs sale was today. The bank Fifth Third took the property back since it didn't sell. I am okay with all of this, the part I don't understand is when do you think I will be asked to move out? I believe HUD will take the title? Does this happen quickly or does it take some time?

I saw with Fannie Mae they will accept 2 years after BK with extenuating circumstances? I don't know if you know anything about that program or not? If not Ill be waiting a long time to get back into a home.

I am not sure if this is the right place or the BK forum is the right place. I filed BK Chapter 7 and it was discharged in November of 2016. I included my home and am just letting it go. So eventually they will do a foreclosure to get the property out of my name. So what time line am I looking at purchase another home?

Home Depot let me make a purchase over my limit. So now with a 700 CL my reports show me owing 1500 with a 700 CL. Would I be better just taking available credit from my other cards use that and get that balance down below the 700? My cards are all about 90% utilization but I am wondering if the Home Depot is really killing me more than anything. Would my score be higher if all the cards even if maxed to get the Home Depot down below the limit?

In May I pulled my report and there was a collection for a bill I paid last January to the hospital. I called the hospital and they admitted I paid it and called the collection agency to tell them I paid it to them. I just got a letter from the collection agency saying it was paid in full on 6/17/2011, it is still being reported as an unpaid debt to the collection agency. I never paid the collection agency a dime and it was paid to the hospital 6 months ago. I have a copy of the check front and back sent via my bill pay for proof. Should I follow a modified HIPAA or go a different route because they are not fixing my report and removing the error?

So I should go to my attorney with this? I disputed and they verified. The CS rep says they can report it as 11/2009 because that is when they took it over.
